Preschoolers invited to discover the world of animals with stories, play time, crafts, songs, movement and animal time. The event is free to attend, though donations are appreciated. Snow Stroll, 10 a.m., Mousam River Wildlife Sanctuary, Water Street, Kennebunk. Hosted by Kennebunk Land Trust and Boulangerie – A Proper Baker. Naturalist walk. The walk is part of Kennebunk’s

Paint the Town Red and Appalachian Mountain Club’s Great Maine Outdoor Weekend. The 38-acre preserve has over 2,400 feet of frontage along the Mousam River. The trails can be described as easy to moderate in terms of difficulty. This guided walk is a snow or shine event. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Following the walk at about 11 a.m., stroll over to Boulangerie for a treat and a hot drink. $10 per person (cash or check). FMI, call 985-8734 or email info@kennebunklandtrust.org. Directions to Mousam River Wildlife Sanctuary: From Route 1 in Kennebunk, turn onto Water Street. The entrance to the sanctuary is on the left just before the Kennebunk Treatment Plant.
