Towman induction



In a November ceremony at Baltimore Harbor, Doug Cluff of D.C. Towing in was inducted into the Order of Towman. To be inducted, candidates must be nominated by a chief from a community. Cluff was nominated by Chief Jeff Rowe of the Kennebunk Fire Department. The Order of Towman is about helping stranded motorists and also going the extra mile for their communities. The award was pinned on Doug Cluff by his daughter, Kristen Cluff. Also in attendance was granddaughter, Adrianne McAllister, and Shawn Arnold. After being inducted, recipients are invited back each year to welcome new inductees. D.C. Towing is in its 32nd year of serving the public in the Kennebunks. D.C. Towing has traveled to Baltimore several times and to St. Louis and Las Vegas for other towing awards related to the towing industry.
