Dredge report

A crew from Prock Marine out of Rockland recently completed a dredging project in the Kennebunk River. It was part of a public/private project shared by Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and four marinas. All parties shared the mobilization costs, while the marinas paid for work done at their sites. The towns contributed $30,000 from mooring fees collected over the past decade for additonal work done in at Government Wharf where Kennebunkport also paid $110,000 to rebuild a retaining wall.
