Art of Awareness

At Art of Awareness, we believe that true wellness comes from caring for mind, spirit, and body. That’s why we opened Bridge Studio—our yoga and body-centered practice space that supports holistic health and well-being, sustainable self-care, and health at every size. Bridge Studio provides a full spectrum of wellness classes, including yoga, Qigong and Tai Chi, Yamuna Body Rolling®, and meditation.
