“The Drowsy Chaperone,” 7 p.m., Economos Auditorium, Kennebunk High School. The 2006 Tony Award-winning musical features mix-ups, mayhem and four crazy weddings and does include adult humor and situations. Parental guidance is recommended. To reserve tickets, call 985-1110, ext. 3141.

Play and Read, 1 to 5 p.m., Graves Library, 18 Maine St., Kennebunkport. Ages 1 1/2 and older. Drop-in weekly program offers an afternoon of unstructured play and social time for children and their caregivers in a warm, child friendly space.
