September programs begin at Free Library

Storytimes at Kennebunk Free Library return the week of Sept. 9. Peek-a-Book Babies geared to children ages birth to 2 years old will be on Mondays at 10:15 a.m. Family Storytime for all ages will be on Tuesdays at 10:15. Time for 2’s & 3’s geared to toddlers will be on Thursdays at 10:15 a.m.

The KFL Legos Club will meet on Thursday, Sept. 12 at 4 p.m. Children ages 6 and up are encouraged to pre-register for this popular program. Opportunities to work together or alone are offered. The library will provide Legos; children are asked to leave theirs at home.

Kennebunk Free Library will offer a Music and Movement program for children ages 5-8 Tuesday Sept. 24 at 4 p.m. This new program offered by Ms. Susan will feature fun traditional songs coupled with circle dances and games. Children will play classics such as “Go In and Out the Windows,” and “London Bridge is Falling Down” as well as be introduced to new favorites. Children are asked to preregister for this program.
