Shakespeare returns



MaineStage Shakespeare returned to Lafayette Park July 6 for the beginning of its Shakespeare in the Park summer series. Last weekend, during Kennebunk’s annual Old Home Week festivities, MaineStage presented the comedy “As You Like It.” The shows are free and scheduled through Aug. 11. Show times are 7 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays; 2 and 7 p.m. Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays. Parking is available at the old Garden Street Market parking lot. In the event of inclement weather, an alert will be posted at the MaineStage website.
